There are two types of staff the staff that do it for the money staff do it for the money and want to be there at the same time.
We have staff that have their own accommodation e.g campervans and caravans that work on festivals and events for out the UK during the summer. These staff are very flexible can be hired to do parking control and general picking up and can be located in stations such as Gates control

Logistics and Set-Up: Assisting with the setup and breakdown of event equipment, booths, and displays.
Catering Support: Helping with food and beverage service, ensuring proper distribution, and assisting with catering logistics.
Information Booth: Staffing information booths to provide directions, answer questions, and offer assistance to attendees.
Parking Control: Managing parking areas, directing traffic, and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles.
Technical Support: Assisting with audiovisual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting presenters or performers.
Cleanup: After the event, staff may be involved in cleaning up the venue, removing decorations, and restoring the space to its original condition.
